The process of buying a house in the Antilles starts here in the Netherlands. This can take place at your kitchen table or at another location, by telephone or video call. During this call, all wishes and requirements for the future home are discussed and the advisor will ask questions about things you may not have thought of yourself.
If, at that time, we already have our eye on a property, our advisor will not wait either and will share this immediately. If this property is not available, we will search for a suitable property together.
As soon as a property has been found that meets all the requirements, Nacas will contact the estate agent concerned. Your personal advisor will be present during the first video interviews to act as an interpreter if necessary, but also to answer any questions you might have.
As soon as the first meeting with the estate agent has taken place and the contacts between you and the estate agent are going well, Nacas takes a step back. This process can now be completed by you, together with the estate agent.
Your personal advisor is always available during this process in case of questions or uncertainties.
